So Leia has officially left HiFashion and will be spending more time on Leia's Delights. I thought I'd do a quick few lines about brief changes (it was going to be a video, but I'm still really really ill!). I'm not going to do anything too drastic. It'll still mainly focus on fashion and there'll still be a ton of outfit posts, but I also want to do a bit more on what's going on in the fashion word, so celebrity style, looking at new trends, editorials that interset me, a long with the odd serious post.
The only main change is that I'm going to incorporate more of my other great love: Music. I've done some music focused posts in the past, but I definitely want to do some more. So, I'll do album reviews, features of bands I love and stuff about gigs I go to.
I don't think I'll be able to post everyday, so will leave to to at least one post every other day. et me know if you have any ideas or if theres something specifically you want me to post!
As you know, Lily Cole has been really involved in Gatwick Fashion Week, which was launched last week. You can see an exclusive interview with her, as well as fashion tips here. You can also see a beauty video with make-up artist Charlie Duffy here and a chat with the winners of Gatwick Runway Models here.
POSHGLAM and Lena Erziak are currently working together. Lena Erziak bags are revolutionary and have made people think of their bags as more than just bags, but something close and secure. For the upcoming season, the bags have all been named after well known actors (Colin, Brad...) that would go well with that particular bag. For example, The Colin (after Colin Farrell) is a party bag for all your night outs.
The bags are created with the finest Italian leather, with extensive attention to detail, making each bag a long-lasting investment.
The brand started a year ago and you can see their Sprin 2010 collection on their website. The sisters behind the brand have also been doing a lot of good work, by participating in an art benefit in the Hamptons, which promtes arts for children. They'll also be at New York Fashion Week's first accessories area this year. Be sure to check them out of facebook and twitter.
Sears are doing a lot of really exciting things as well. They've been working with stylist and former Elle editor, Francesca Mills, to create a new brand image. Check out this great video on Sears Footwear.
Finally, our competition winner is this moving entry by James:

It’s not me that deserves the voucher for Sarenza, it’s my fiancĂ©. In June 2008 Julie suffered a brain haemorrhage three weeks before our wedding at the tender age of 32. Two years on and she’s undergone successful brain surgery to clip an aneurysm and has been under Gamma Knife Radio Surgery to close down an AVM (Arteriovenous Malformation). This isn’t a desperate shout out for the £60 vouchers, but she’s been through a lot during the past 2 years and she deserves a better run of luck. Her walking ability is slowing coming back as the stroke left her with weakness on her left hand side, therefore a pair of fashionable flat shoes would put a huge smile on her face. You can read more at http://www.juliesupdate.com/. Thanks James

And let me just say that I'm really sorry that you're still sick. I understand what it's like to have a cold drag on forever.
And, London is always wet and cold. Well, most of the time, anyway.
