Tips for flawless skin

Drink lots of water. I know this is what everyone says, but it is really true. Since I started working, I've been taking bottled water with me to work and only drinking that. I can really see the difference in my skin. Water hydrates your skin and helps prevent breakouts.

Eat fruits and vegtables. Not only are they good for your health, they are also great for your skin. So next time you're feeling p
eckish, opt for fruit instead to a chocolate. Fruits and vegtables give your skin the perfect amount of anti-oxidants and minerals. Caffene, alcohol, junk food and fried foods are bad for your skin, so avoid them if you can.

Get plenty of sleep. A good 6-8 hours (or 10 in Leia's case LOL I only sleep 9!) is a perfect amount. When you sleep, your body relaxes and so, can remove toxins and help the skin rejuvenate.

Get a good face wash and moisturiser. A good moisturiser can ward off signs of aging and a good face wash is really useful in cleansing your skin. You have to find one that works well with your skin and trial & error is how I figured out which were best for my skin. I use Neutrogena Face Wash and Olay moisturiser.

Avoid too much make up. Let your skin breathe. A lot of cosmetic products have potentially harmful chemicals in them.

Stay calm. Too much stress is bad for your skin and can cause you to break out

I've found that I've recently been getting anout 7 hours of sleep (my perfect amount) and drinking lots and lots of water- it's totally true and really works.
I'll try fruit and vegtables more- especially raw ones as they're my favourite.
I've yet to find my perfect skincare routine, but I want to try using some LUSH products next, because I've heard lots of good things about them.

Wow, those tips'll come in handy, I have to be the luckiest person ever, I am so unhealthy, but I have only ever had one major spot, which came on my chin, which was miraculously removed by Benefit Boo Boo Zap (a secret fairy, perhaps) in four hours. It can only be so long before I get a complete breakout. Thankyou for your comment!

Totally agree about the water & sleep thing. When I go with less than 6 hours, I notice my skin looking very very tired.
